Prof. Hanshu Cai

Lanzhou University.

Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Information Science & Engineering, Lanzhou University.

Deputy Secretary-General of the Neurobiofeedback Therapy and Intervention Branch ofthe China Association For Disaster & Emergency Rescue Medicine.

Prof. Cai currently serves as an editorial board member of the international SCI journal *IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems* and as a guest editor for *Frontiers in Neuroscience*.

He serves as the Principal Investigator of a General Program funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and leads a subproject under the Key Special Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology's National Key R&D Program on “Key Scientific Issues of Transformative Technologies.”

He has also participated as a core member in several major national projects, including the National “973” Program.

Prof. Cai has been granted for more than 10 domestic and international invention patents and published over 40 papers in top-tier international journals and conferences, with more than 1,900 citations.

He was honored with the 2023 IEEE SMC Society Best Associate Editor Award, the First Prize of the Gansu Provincial Patent Award in 2022, and was selected as a Gansu Longyuan Youth Talent in 2022.

Prof. Helen S. Du

Guangdong University of Technoloby

Helen S. Du holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from City University of Hong Kong. She is currently a Level 3 Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Management, Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT). She serves as the Director of the International Cooperation and Accreditation Center of the school, a member of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Systems Engineering Committee of the Systems Engineering Society of China, a member of the Economic Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the China Democratic League, and a member of the Teaching Steering Committee for E-commerce Majors in Guangdong Province's Undergraduate Universities. Furthermore, she was a Distinguished Professor at GDUT from 2014 to 2019.


Prof. Du focuses on behavior analysis empowered by digital intelligence, human–machine–human intelligence interaction and gamification design, pro-environmental behavior, and green innovation&nbp;and entrepreneurship models. Her related research achievements have been selected as “Typical Case Study Achievements” by the Ministry of Education in 2023 and have ranked among the ESI Highly Cited Papers for two consecutive years. She has participated in multiple projects at the provincial and ministerial levels, including two General Programs funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.


Prof. Du has published over 40 academic papers in authoritative domestic and international journals such as International Journal of Information Management, Decision Support Systems, Internet Research, Nankai Business Review, Management Review, and Operations Research and Management Science. She also serves as a member of the editorial board of the SSCI journal Online Information Review and as an associate editor of the EI-indexed Journal of Information & Knowledge Management.

Dr.Yuanyuan Liu

YuanYuan Liu, Editor of Security and Safety. Currently, she is a Senior Publishing Editor at EDP Sciences (Beijing office) and Science Editor at the Science China Press. She graduated from Zhengzhou University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and the University of Manchester, UK, for her Bachelors, Master's, and Doctoral degrees, respectively. She was a postdoctoral researcher at Beihang University before she joined the publishing house in 2020. Now she is mainly engaged in launching, editing, publishing and hosting journals, promoting the "going global" and "bringing in" of academic journals and serving global academic innovation.

Prof. David Bassir

Dongguan University of Technology

David BASSIR is a professor at the Université de Technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard in France and a senior research at the ENS-Paris Saclay University in Paris. Previously, hewasthe dean of IUT at the Université de Lorraine (in France), Consult for Science and Technology at the French Embassy to serve at the Consulate General of France in Guangzhou (China), General Director of Research at the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Batiment et de l'Industrie (Paris) and Space Craft engineer at GECI Technology in different space agencies such as Arianespace and Astrium Group. He joined the mechanical department of the UTBM as associate professor in 2001 and the Chair Aerospace Structures in 2008 at the Delft University of Technology as a visiting professor. He holds a Master and a PhD degree in structural optimization from the University of Franche-Comté (France). He has authored more than 150 papers in journals, books and conference proceedings, including more than 56 articles in indexed journals. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Int. journal International Journal of Simulation and Multidisciplinary Design Optimization( indexed by Scopus and EI ) that is publishedby EDP Sciences.
